Medical Insurance

Our programs ensure you have extensive coverage. We have two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan options to choose from to help you with whatever life throws at you. We offer a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to fully cover your deductible or access to a Health Savings Account with a company contribution. Other benefits include everything from dental assistance to vision coverage. After all, there is nothing more important than our health.

Sage Wellness

We put a big effort into our well-being package at Sage. We live, breathe, and truly believe the ideals of health and happiness at work. From fitness reimbursement benefits and competitions, to classes and gym membership discounts, and opportunities to meet with a nutritionist – we do as much as we can to support wellness.

Family-centric Benefits

We always put people first, and that means putting employees and their families first too. Our incredible parental perks are designed to help our new and working parents balance their careers and family life as best they can. We offer a great parental leave policy for caregivers and grandparents – as well as lots of other benefits, including free diapers and baby wipes for new parents, breastfeeding support for moms who have to travel with Sage, and access to Maven Health which can assist you and/or your partner with support and specialized resources for family planning, fertility, pregnancy, pediatrics and more.

Discretionary Time Off

We think it’s important that our people have freedom to take off the time they need, when they need it. We believe this balance is the key to unlocking the very best work from our Sageans, and we’re always working to foster an environment built on a culture of trust and responsibility. So, we have a discretionary time-off policy with no set number of vacation days. We also have a generous paid holiday schedule with 11 holidays throughout the year, 2 Brain Health days, and a shut down between Christmas and the New Year.

Financial Benefits

We want everyone who works here to feel as valued and secure as possible at Sage – which is why we’re determined to help our employees out when it comes to managing their personal finances. Just some of the ways we’re doing this is through our regular retirement and financial planning seminars, and providing individual time with experienced advisors. We have a 401K Savings Plan that allows employees to contribute to their own pre-tax and Roth retirement funds with matching funds from Sage, as well as an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) providing an opportunity for employees to purchase our stock at a discount.
